Many homes in the Caribbean have pools.  As I gradually immersed my newly awake body into the inviting liquid, I thought about doing some yoga postures in the water.

I highly recommend most forms of yoga as a way to use your own body as an exercise gym.  There is no investment in expensive equipment, no monthly program fees and no need to leave the confines of your home once trained in basic yoga postures.

So once I had the idea, I thought it noteworthy to let my readers know that “woga” is a form of water yoga  that can help many who can’t do yoga on land.  Some yoga instructors do only water yoga so looking it up online may just turn up a teacher near you who can give you the necessary instruction.

Exercise can be FUN.  Give “woga” some serious thought and get moving!!
