It is a DVD showing the 10 techniques I do everyday, (in ten minutes once you learn them), to keep myself balanced, happy and healthy working with the physical, mental, emotional,, chemical, and spiritual.Since this is my first amateur DVD it only costs $10 U.S. or $24 EC.
